Individual Therapy

Unlike couple and family therapy the focus of the therapy will be on one person, but it is still important to look at how we are affected by family and friends. For this reason every person who comes to me for therapy will be asked about their family history as well as those they find important in their life.

Individuals come to therapy for a broad range of reasons, including:
